Terms and Conditions for WhatsApp shopping (UAE & Oman)

  1. Exclusive Ramadan Collection from REDTAG is only available in UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar only.
  2. Delivery Charges of AED 15, OMR 1.50 are applicable on all orders.
  3. Payment is accepted only through Card Payment. Either done using the e-payment link or payment done at the time of delivery.
  4. RT Rewards points, Gift cards and Credit notes issued in store cannot be used as mode of payment for these orders. Also, these cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion.
  5. Customer who are registered in RT Rewards program need to provide their mobile number for getting points credited to their account.
  6. All local displayed prices in the catalogue are inclusive of VAT (wherever applicable).
  7. Warehouse and delivery team handling your order will be following the sanitization and hygiene procedures as laid out by WHO/Local competent authority.
  8. Delivery Partner will contact you to fix delivery schedule as per your convenience. They will be carrying card terminal for payment on delivery along with the original REDTAG Invoice.
  9. Delivery will be done within 7 days from the time of confirmed booking. However, if there are restrictions due to curfew this may take bit longer.
  10. You can track your delivery shipment on the same WhatsApp number which you used for booking the order.
  11. If the product for which you have placed an order is not available, you will be contacted and given an option of replacement or cancelling your order.
  12. It is not possible to amend your order after the order placement as it will be processed by our Warehouse team and handed over to the logistics partner. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
  13. Cash Refund is not possible on WhatsApp transactions.
  14. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  15. For any exchange and return, customer has to visit nearest REDTAG store only. Law of the land will be applied.
  16. If the stores are closed due to Govt. restriction, we will accept the exchange and return once stores are open. . You will receive a Credit Note with 1 Year Validity.
  17. If you do not have the original sales receipt, return or exchange will not be possible.
  18. Accessories (artificial jewellery) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons once packaging is opened.
  19. Defective items will not be returned or exchanged in any case.
  20. The Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
